A self-paced course for everyone who receives, evaluates or acts on HHSRS assessments: private, portfolio and HMO landlords, letting and managing agents, property and block managers, social housing teams, compliance leads, surveyors, inventory clerks and other reporting professionals. It teaches how to read a score, judge whether a report can be relied on, understand what a finding obliges, put a report to work, and record and refer possible hazards.
