Help guides and support

To request or access additional help and support, you’ve got several avenues available to you.

If you click on the top right corner of your account above your profile name, you’ll see the dropdown options include ‘help’ and ‘get support’.

If you click on ‘get support’, you have access to all the support guides that cover all the features and tools available to you within your account and within Inventory Base, and just placing in the search bar any item or any issue that you’re looking for some help with in regards to the features and the tools i.e signatures and then you’ll see the help and support guides come up.

You can also request tech support. So this is a chat function and you can see what’s available in regards to maybe tutorials getting started, guides help center, and you also can send a message by clicking on, send us a message and then typing into the box, and then the team will respond to you typically during working hours, within less than 10 minutes. So you close that function down. We’ll be adding more training videos to the training videos options to it, so when that’s available to you, you can just click on that.

And then you’ve got the option to access the app for both Android and Apple or iOS by clicking on either of those two links.

You can get support by clicking on the chat function again down to the bottom right corner with the home smiley face, and you can also see any news.
